We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator to help bring our brands to life online.

About the Role

Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you’ll help execute the day-to-day social media and content strategy across multiple hospitality venues.

From scheduling posts and creating engaging Instagram Stories and Reels to responding to our online communities and assisting with content shoots, you’ll play a key role in growing our digital presence while ensuring each venue maintains a premium, engaging and consistent brand identity.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, social media and content creation who is looking to build their career in marketing within a fast-paced and growing hospitality group.

Your Responsibilities

- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels and short-form content using existing assets
- Write engaging captions that align with each venue’s individual brand voice
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer engagement
- Assist with planning and maintaining monthly content calendars
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, venue managers and the wider marketing team




- Attend content shoots across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
- Capture high-quality behind-the-scenes and organic content using an iPhone
- Assist with the launch of marketing campaigns, giveaways, events and venue activations
- Keep social media profiles accurate, fresh and engaging
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas and opportunities
- Support paid social media campaigns by preparing and coordinating creative assets
- Ensure all venues maintain a consistent and professional brand identity online

What We’re Looking For

- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts
- Experience using Meta Business Suite
- A robust eye for photography, video and visual storytelling
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Confidence using Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to confidently manage content across multiple brands and projects
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, nightlife and entertainment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to bring new ideas to the team
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends when required for content shoots, events or activations

Bonus Skills

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Video editing and short-form content creation
- Lightroom or Photoshop
- Paid social media advertising
- AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney or OpenArt
- Photography or videography
- Previous experience working with restaurants, bars, nightclubs or other hospitality venues
