Job Description

Allambi Care is seeking Residential Care Workers to support youth aged 12 to 17 in care placements across Victoria and NSW. The role involves around-the-clock care, building trusting relationships and implementing growth-focused programs in a safe, homely workplace.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Therapeutic Specialists, Case Coordinators and an Education Specialist, with supervision support and access to training.
