n They're now looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and create standout customer experiences at their Alexandria showroom.n
n
The Role & Responsibilitiesn
n

n
- Set and hit targets for the store and the team
n
- Coach, train and motivate the sales team to exceed goals
n
- Recruit, roster and manage staff, including performance reviews
n
- Create a warm, customer-first showroom and resolve enquiries quickly
n
- Plan visual merchandising and product displays, and work with marketing on campaigns
n
- Run daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, reconciliations, invoicing and stock
n
- Manage the store budget and report on sales, inventory and team performance
n
- Oversee site security,



maintenance and compliance

About youn
n

n
- 2+ years' experience in a comparable retail management role
n
- Proven sales and customer service skills
n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- Confident with everyday software and devices
n
- Experience in furniture, homewares/interior, or bedding would be ideal
n
