Horsham Rural City Council is seeking a Working Leading Hand to operate a grader and supervise a small road maintenance crew. The role involves day-to-day supervision and broader work programming responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have Civil Construction Certification (Certificate II-III preferred), hands-on grader operation experience, and a track record in road maintenance. Knowledge of municipal works implementation is desirable.
