The Cove Tavern on the Gold Coast invites an experienced Duty Manager to lead daily operations across bar, dining and gaming, supporting the Venue Manager. This hands-on role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and driving revenue while ensuring compliance.

Qualified candidates will hold current RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence, with 5+ years in a similar role including gaming, and be available for flexible schedule including evenings and weekends at Sanctuary Cove
