Are you an experienced People & Culture Advisor looking for a flexible contract role where you can make an immediate impact?

Our client, a well-established organisation based in Tom Price, is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join their team on an initial 3-month contract while they recruit for the permanent position. The contract role can be be based remotely.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager, you'll provide expert HR support across a diverse portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business. This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone confident managing employee relations matters and partnering with operational stakeholders.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to a range of exciting people initiatives, including organisational development, leadership capability, workforce planning and training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
- Managing performance management, misconduct and disciplinary processes
- Supporting employee and industrial relations matters
- Assisting with injury management and return-to-work processes
- Coaching and advising leaders on people-related issues
- Supporting organisational development and learning initiatives
- Contributing to process improvement and people projects
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across geographically dispersed teams

About You





To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in a HR Advisor, People & Culture Advisor or HR Business Partner position
- Strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations knowledge
- Experience managing performance management and disciplinary matters
- Sound understanding of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and/or Industrial Agreements
- Ability to work independently and confidently support leaders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within mining, resources, infrastructure, construction, local government or operational environments will be highly regarded
