South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Allied Health Assistant to join the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP). You will deliver therapy and care in clients’ homes, supporting home exercise programs, self-care retraining, and transport to appointments under supervision by Allied Health Professionals.
