The Coles Group in Australia is seeking a Leader to be accountable for the day-to-day running of the deli department. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll contribute to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the community.

You’ll coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, manage stock, rotation, waste and quality, while upholding strict audit, food safety and compliance standards.
