Job Description

You will work closely with our Stylist and Shoot Production Manager to help execute photo shoots from concept to completion. No two days are the same - you’ll be involved in shoot production, styling preparation, sample coordination, on‑set styling, model castings and post‑production.

We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and hands‑on Styling & Shoot Production Assistant to support our Stylist and Shoot Production Manager across campaign shoots, eCommerce content, and brand imagery.

This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys bringing creative concepts to life while staying exceptionally organised behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Assist with pre‑shoot preparation including coordinating samples

n

Steam garments and ensure all items are shoot‑ready

n

Organise and carry out castings

n

Help manage and organise samples/shippers before and after shoots

n

Provide general administrative support to the Shoot Producer

n

Support on‑set during shoots as needed

n

Previous experience in fashion, e‑commerce or shoots.
