About The Opportunity n

We're looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Store Manager to lead our Woodridge store.

What You'll Be Doing n

- Lead, coach and develop a close-knit team to achieve strong results
n
- Drive sales growth and build relationships with trade customers
n
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control and stocktakes
n
- Manage deliveries, logistics and day-to-day store operations
n
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Maintain high standards of safety, customer service and presentation
n

You’ll Likely Be a Match If You Have nn
- Previous Store Manager, Branch Manager or Trade Centre leadership experience
n
- Experience within timber, hardware, building supplies or trade environments
n
- Proven success driving sales, customer growth and business performance
n
- Strong inventory management, stock control and operational skills
n
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
n
- Excellent people leadership,
