As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing instruction, education, and motivation to clients, empowering them to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting Session Zero (pre-ex screening) in line with the client’s needs and goals
n
- Designing and monitoring effective individualised programs, instructing members through their personal programs
n
- Performing pre-exercise screening and evaluations
n
- Promoting of all programs and facility options to suit members needs
n
- Managing bookings and schedule client appoints to the highest skilled standard
n




- Designing and monitoring effective individualised programmes for clients and safely instructing members through their personal programs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong rapport with clients

- Dedicated to understanding each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences, and is committed to providing personalized guidance and support throughout their fitness journey.

- Committed to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the fitness industry
n
- Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Working With Children’s Check
n
- Certificate IV in Fitness or relevant Bachelor Degree
n
- First Aid & CPR Qualification
n
