As our People & Capability Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting all things people, from recruitment and onboarding to providing advice, guidance, and administrative support across the organisation.

Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, you'll help attract great talent, support employees and leaders through people processes, and ensure our People & Capability team keeps running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be someone who can juggle competing priorities, communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, and deliver exceptional customer service, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

For this position we offer: n

- Salary $86,684.00 - $94,446.00 per annum (Stream A, Level 3 - 4)

- Permanent
n
- Full-time position (72.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday)
n




- Location – Preferred location is Moranbah, however open to other locations within the Isaac Region for the right candidate.
n
- RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement (only eligible for full time employees)
n
- 5 weeks annual leave pro-rata @ 17.5% loading
n
- 15 days’ personal leave pro rata per annum
n
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
n

2. Experience with end to end recruitment processes and procedures.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills in the areas of creative problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making processes.

4. Strong communication abilities, able to collaborate and be a team player.

5. Ability to handle matters with both confidentiality and sensitivity.
