What you’ll do
n

- Install and support cloud phone systems and on‑site PABX
n
- Deploy hosted PBX on customer sites, including AI telephony integration
n
- Install and configure routers and network equipment
n
- Manage NBN installs and NBN transfers
n
- Troubleshoot faults on site and remotely, and keep customers informed
n
n
What you’ll bring
n
n
- Hands‑on experience with PABX, hosted PBX or cloud telephony
n
- Solid working knowledge of NBN, routers and basic IP networking
n
- Confidence dealing directly with business customers
n
- A driver’s licence and the ability to work independently on site
n
- Open cabling registration is a plus
n
