I've partnered exclusively with a national head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial and industrial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 and gearing up for a busy mid 2026 onwards with work secured until 2029 and happy, repeat clients interstate allowing them to expand into the Queensland market.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C; being a big focus, they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, education, commercial, retail, hospitality, health and more.

My client is a looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. North and south Brisbane commercial projects up to $35m.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

- 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
n
- Industrial project experience advantageous.
n
- 5+ years in Brisbane with strong relationships.
n
- Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
n
- Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
n
- Strong past tenure with employers.
n
- Team player who loves a challenge!

Your Requirements:

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
n
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
n
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
n
- Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+
n
