We currently have an opportunity available for an Automotive Service Adviser at Auto Leaders & SuperCool, Southport. We are a family owned and operated business, looking for someone with a positive attitude and a good work ethic.

What we do at Auto Leaders & SuperCool n

- Logbook & General Servicing on motor cars & light commercial vehicles.
n
- All mechanical repairs including clutch, brakes, suspension, timing belts, disc machining etc.
n
- Car Air Conditioning servicing & repairs.
n
- Rust Protection for Cars & 4 Wheel Drives.
n

Responsibilities: nn
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
n
- Communicate effectively with customers about service progress and costs.
n
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritise tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
n
- Preparation of work orders, ordering parts and liaising with suppliers.
n




- Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
n
- Preparation of invoices & billing.
n
- Deliver high-quality outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
n
- Quote jobs accordingly.
n

Requirements: nn
- Previous experience in a similar role as an Automotive Service Adviser (would also suit a mechanic looking to get off the tools).
n
- Knowledge of Motor Vehicles and/or parts highly regarded.
n
- Must have a valid Australian Manual Drivers Licence.
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team player.
n
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
n
- Solid attention to detail
