Russell Transport is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Lytton. This full-time role is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in sales and operations within a agile road transport business.

About the role

This position offers hands-on exposure to complex logistics and the opportunity to support high-profile transport projects. You'll work closely with a supportive and experienced team, developing your capabilities in quoting, tendering, project coordination, and client communications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Create and manage submissions for quotes and tenders
- Use the internal house-based quote register for tracking and updates
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate quoting and client information
- Source pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide communication as required to clients, internal teams, and third-party providers
- Provide support to the Operations team when required

About You





- We are seeking a candidate with a positive and open mindset with the right aptitude and / or background in the road transport industry or can evidence proven sales experience.
- Familiar with MS Office applications (word, excel and outlook)
- High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple tasks
- A friendly and qualified telephone manner
