PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport are looking to appoint an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic and successful Restaurant team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and the smooth daily operation of our restaurant, bar and in room dining outlets.
Develop our Restaurant & Bar team members to provide excellent, personalised guest service within our outlets.
This role will focus on our busy breakfast and dinner service periods, including weekends.
Ideally you will have:
- A passion for the hospitality industry.
- Strong product knowledge across food & beverage.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor within an A La Carte dining environment.
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor is required for this position.
- Demonstrated Service Recovery skills.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential for this role.
- A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for Creating Memorable Hotel Experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
