Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader for a Full time Assistant Store Manager role, supporting the Store Manager and stepping into core responsibilities.

You will lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach the team to meet sales targets, execute VM and promotions, manage inventory, and uphold Universal Store culture. Sunday–Thursday roster applies.
