InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and provide local recommendations to guests while ensuring brand standards are met.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel front desk or guest service position, solid communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
