Mounties Group in Hope Island, QLD is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join Mounties Care Home on a full time basis. You will coordinate delivery of care and support clients to stay independent at home and in their community.

Key duties include developing care plans, preparing budgets, client access to My Aged Care, and after-hours on-call support. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in aged care, first aid/ CPR, and knowledge of quality standards; experience with My Aged Care and CRM rostering
