We aim to be the best at everything we do, from our products and service to our brand and culture. As we grow, we’re looking for driven, hands-on team players to join our production crew.
What you'll be doing
No two days are quite the same. You'll be:
Unloading containers (manual lifting involved)
Assembling camper trailers and caravans to set time frames
Repairing production and customer campers and caravans
Getting stuck into plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical and 12V electrical work
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, then repairing or replacing parts, testing and fine-tuning
Spotting faults so every product leaves us working exactly as it should, with no defects
Keeping your work area clean, safe and compliant with OH&S;
Building your skills through training such as 5S, safety and quality
Lending a hand with other tasks as needed
What you'll bring
RV, trailer, caravan service,
manufacturing or mechanical experience (highly regarded)
Confidence with a range of hand and power tools, including general mechanical tools
A driver's licence and your own vehicle (preferred)
A forklift licence (a bonus, not a must)
Most of all: a great attitude and a robust work ethic. We can teach the rest.
