In this full-time position , playing a important role in providing direction and guidance throughout the life of claims while meeting specific reporting KPIs. Your responsibilities will include generating accurate assessment reports, managing administrative tasks, and creating invoices.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and invoices for insurance companies
- Review technician’s work for accuracy.
- Provide administrative support.
- Support client claims and resolve day-to-day inquiries.
- Handle data entry and file management.
- Communicate with specialist contractors.
