Hiring4Health, a leading disability support provider serving Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter region, is seeking an HR skilled. The role is ideally part-time (~25–30 hours per week) with potential for full-time for the right candidate, based in NSW.

You will steward performance management, act as first escalation point for IR issues, run consultations, manage induction, handle staff grievances, HR inbox, return-to-work support, trainee and placement programs, oversee talent
