WSP is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver responsive, customer-focused technology support across the Perth office and regional offices. You will help keep day-to-day IT services running, resolve issues, and ensure staff have the tools they need to do their best work.

You’ll provide 2nd-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools, using ITSM processes and transparent communication to resolve or escalate incidents promptly.
