We are currently seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to coordinate our daily truck logistics. This role is key to ensuring accurate smooth truck movements and transport operator relations.

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate both domestic transport and export logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, maintaining regulatory compliance, coordinating freight providers, managing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

- Truck coordination from one location to another.
- Coordinate export shipments from booking through to final delivery
- Prepare and manage export documentation including packing declarations, export permits, and shipping instructions
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers,



and government agencies to ensure compliance with export regulations
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively manage delays or disruptions
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate and submitted within required timeframes
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate daily domestic transport movements and deliveries
- Schedule and manage carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely freight solutions
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve transport issues
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer logistics enquiries

About you

- Previous experience in logistics would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong understanding of export shipping procedures and documentation
- Knowledge of domestic transport operations and freight management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and customer service skills
