Synergie is looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to support and grow our brand-new Brisbane operation based in North Brisbane. As a new location opening due to strategic growth, this is a prime opportunity for a natural builder who wants to capitalise on our existing business foundations and truly shape a branch from the ground up.

n This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, building strong client relationships, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping drive branch growth within a fast-paced blue-collar recruitment environment.

n We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing both client relationships and workforce operations while supporting a small team.

What you’ll be doing:

n

- Driving branch growth by expanding on existing business foundations and identifying current market opportunities
n
- Managing recruitment delivery and workforce coordination across key accounts
n
- Leading, mentoring and growing a small team of consultants and on-site workforce
n
- Conducting regular client visits and maintaining solid stakeholder relationships
n
- Assisting with branch performance, operational delivery, and workforce planning
n




- Maintaining strong compliance and safety standards across operations
n
- Supporting day-to-day branch activities in a fast-moving labour hire environment
n

What we’re looking for:

- Experience within recruitment, labour hire, staffing, or workforce solutions
n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded
n
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
n
- A hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with clients and field staff
n
- Organised, resilient, and solutions-focused
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Knowledge of the North Brisbane area or greater Brisbane market is advantageous
n
