We are seeking one Senior Tech Lead and one Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a major Identity Fabric transformation program. These opportunities suit experienced IAM professionals who can translate complex requirements into practical solutions and help prepare a significant transformation for delivery.

What you’ll do

n

n
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering and solution design.
n
- Assess current-state identity and access management capabilities.
n
- Define target-state architectures, integration patterns and technical requirements.
n
- Support transformation roadmaps, mobilisation planning and delivery readiness.
n
- Work closely with architects, security teams, engineers and business stakeholders.
n

n

What you’ll bring

n

n
- 10+ years’ experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Business Analyst,



Solution Architect or IAM specialist.
n
- Proven experience delivering IAM, Identity Governance or Identity Transformation programs .
n
- Solid technical experience across:
n
- Identity Fabric / Identity Mesh and enterprise IAM.
n
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
n
- Federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth2, OIDC and SAML.
n
- API-led architecture and integration architecture.
n
- Azure, cloud platforms and microservices.
n

Highly regarded

n

n
- Experience within banking or financial services.
n
- Exposure to digital banking platforms or customer-facing applications.
n

n
