nAs the Inventory Coordinator - Genuine Parts and Accessories division, you will:n
nLoad and maintain shipping data from vendors n
nLiaise with Freight forwarders and Customs agencies as requiredn
nCommunicate and work with the warehouse team to prepare for inbound goodsn
nProcess internal stock transfers n
nTrack, evaluate, and report inventory levelsn
nLiaise with order entry and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations regarding receipting and dispatchn
nCommunicate ETA to Sales and Operational teamsn
Requirements n
To be successful in the role, it is essential that you have:
n
nProven Parts & Accessories inventory management experience n
nEffective verbal and written communication skillsn
nStrong attention to detailn
nExcellent interpersonal skillsn
nKnowledge of genuine parts and accessories will be an advantagen
