Some of the world's most recognisable brands trust our client to grow their business online. They're a global ecommerce accelerator that blends data, tech and strategy across performance media, marketplaces and D2C channels, and they're looking for a Senior Account Manager to be the face of that work in Sydney.

You’ll be the go-to person for 8-9 high-profile clients. Think regular face-to-face catch-ups, coffees, digital check-ins and the kind of proactive communication that makes clients feel looked after. You won’t be buried in the platforms, because specialist channel teams handle the hands-on work. Your job is to steer.

- Set the strategic direction for your channel teams, so every initiative ladders up to the client's business goals
n
- Run the show as project manager, keeping timelines, budgets, scope and KPIs on track
n
- Spot the next big chance and pitch it with confidence
n
- Turn data into stories clients actually care about
n

You’ll thrive here if you have

- 3+ years in account management at a digital or full-service agency
n
- Genuine D2C experience , meaning brands that sell through their own online channels, not just through third-party retailers
n
- Solid command of SEM, social advertising and SEO
n
- Confidence building reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta
n
- A natural presenter's polish and sharp commercial instincts
n
- An analytical streak, because you love connecting the numbers to real client outcomes
n
- Experience leading multi-channel teams through complex projects
n
