Job Description

Keegan Adams Recruitment in Sydney hybrid is seeking a Senior Account - Property to lead the preparation of accurate financial, taxation and management reporting for the business, including monthly fund accounting and NAV packs, and coordination of statutory reporting, audits, distributions and BAS/GST.

You will monitor debt, report monthly NPI and capex, and support acquisitions and onboarding of recent funds.
