Job Description

Hoban Recruitment seeks a hands-on Japanese-speaking Finance Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, and reporting in a globally focused environment. You will manage month-end close, cash flow forecasting, and ERP initiatives while ensuring IFRS and Australian standards compliance.

You will work with local and overseas stakeholders, drive process improvements, and lead HR administration tasks in a small office setting in Recent South Wales, Australia.
