Position Summary n

As a part‑time Food & Beverage Attendant in our Meetings & Events team, you will play an important role in delivering seamless and memorable events, providing attentive service while ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities n

n
- Provide professional food and beverage service across corporate events, dinners, weddings, parties and social celebrations
n
- Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service throughout every event
n
- Assist with room set‑ups and pack‑downs, ensuring spaces are presented beautifully and ready for guests
n
- Prepare meeting and event spaces according to detailed function requirements
n
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the event
n
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across room presentation, table settings, service and event requirements
n
- Work closely with the Meetings & Events team, kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery
n
- Remain calm, flexible and solutions‑focused during busy service periods and changing event requirements
n
- Assist with maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout events
n
- Create genuine connections with guests and look for opportunities to make their experience more memorable
n
- Support the team to deliver events that reflect the luxury standards of Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery

Qualifications nn




- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of presentation and service
n
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests
n
- A proactive, can‑do approach and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
n
- A reliable and committed team player who enjoys working collaboratively
n
- Previous hospitality, food and beverage or events experience is highly regarded
n
- A current RSA Certificate
n
- Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential, with flexibility to work around event requirements
n
