Just Quality is growing rapidly across Queensland, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated Customer Service Officer to join our expanding team in Underwood!

This isn't your typical customer service role. You'll be an important part of our sales and customer service operation, speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and helping them take the next step towards improving their homes.

The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be contacting potential customers, qualifying their enquiries, and booking quality appointments for our in-home Sales Consultants.

You'll be working in a busy, supportive office setting where teamwork, customer service and performance are key.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Appointment Setting: Contact warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and book in-home consultations.

Inbound & Outbound Calls: Confidently manage a high volume of calls while providing a friendly and professional customer experience.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand customer needs, and create excitement about our products and services.

Lead Qualification:



Ask the right questions to ensure appointments are suitable and properly qualified.

Appointment Management: Work closely with the sales team to maximise appointment availability and keep schedules full.

CRM Management: Accurately record customer information, update enquiries, and manage follow-up activities.

Customer Service: Assist customers with general enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the confidence to have meaningful conversations with customers.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

Previous experience in customer service, call centres, appointment setting, or telephone sales.

A confident, friendly, and engaging phone manner.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

A positive attitude towards targets, KPIs, and performance bonuses.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to handle objections and turn enquiries into confirmed appointments.

Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools.

A reliable, motivated, and team-focused approach.
