WynActive is seeking experienced Swim Teachers who can lead from the poolside and mentor fellow teachers within our WynSwim Learn to Swim program in Melbourne. This dual role blends hands-on teaching with Swim School Leader responsibilities to support daily operations and maintain high-quality lessons.

You will mentor teachers, oversee class progression and ensure a safe, positive learning setting for all swimmers, while promoting exceptional customer experience and a collaborative team
