Supermarket Customer Service Manager (Checkout Manager)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Supamart Cremorne. You’ll have an awesome eye for detail, and a commitment to providing great customer experiences.

To be suitable for this roleyou must:

- be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards;
- be a proven leader who is driven to provide your teams a supportive, encouraging, safe and positive team based working environment;
- have sound and proven experience in the retail sector;and




- possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships.

Skills & Experience required

- Formal qualification plus two years full time relevant work experience or 3 years full time relevant work experience
- Confident in developing and and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided for IGA supermarkets
- The ability to manage, motivate and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with other organisational units and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations
- Work efficiently and effectively with other team members throughout the group
- Rostering and assisting with the recruitment process
- Providing ongoing staff supervision,direction and feedback to team members along with assisting in training and reviews
- Stock/Wastage control

The position will be offered at the Award EA Rate, with a regular Sunday to Thursday roster.
