Southgate Salary Packaging is seeking a friendly Customer Support Officer to join our Client Support team in Melbourne. You will handle inquiries, process documents, and support clients with salary packaging administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will liaise with payroll, insurers and financiers, answer calls and emails, enter client details, explain reports and help with changes or rebudgets while delivering accurate, numbers-driven service.
