We are seeking a highly organised and data-driven Talent, Growth and Leadership Analytics and Operations Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our team, bridging learning strategy with precise execution. In this multifaceted role, you will take ownership of end-to-end event logistics, financial administration, and governance to ensure every program delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for all participants. Partnering with multiple stakeholder groups, you will analyse learning data to drive continuous improvement while seamlessly coordinating complex venue logistics, travel arrangements, and the creation of engaging digital eLearning assets. What’s the role?

- Manage end-to-end event logistics for all learning and development activities, including venue booking, communications, delegate queries, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collate and analyse learning data to report on program effectiveness, attendance, and participant feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee financial and vendor administration by processing invoices, setting up supplier accounts, and coordinating travel arrangements for facilitators and participants.
- Maintain LMS governance and support digital learning by creating engaging eLearning assets and managing the internal learning site repository.
- Serve as the operational backbone for the Talent, Growth and Leadership team by managing program schedules, team calendars, and multiple stakeholder priorities with high accuracy.

Who are you?

- You possess exceptional organisational skills and can seamlessly manage multiple concurrent programs, priorities, and stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.




- You are tech-savvy and highly proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR platforms, digital productivity tools, and collating data to produce insightful reports for varied audiences.
- You are a collaborative communicator with strong written and verbal skills, adept at tailoring your message and liaising professionally across all levels of the organisation and with external vendors.
- You have proven experience coordinating end-to-end learning or corporate events, alongside a demonstrated ability to handle corporate financial administration, such as processing invoices and managing vendor payments.
- You are an action-oriented problem solver who consistently drives results, responds swiftly to shifting priorities, and tackles complex challenges with high energy and enthusiasm.
