Slattery Grays Auctions in Adelaide seeks an experienced administrator to coordinate vendor, BDM and auction workflows at Pooraka. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and offshore support to keep each sale ready and moving to completion.

The role requires robust attention to detail, high-volume coordination, and practical communication. SAMOS or auction/operations systems experience is preferred, with 3–4 years in administration or operations.
