An experienced Head Chef is needed to run the kitchen of a long-standing independent restaurant in Edinburgh's Old Town, part of a family-owned Scottish group. The role covers day-to-day service and busy events, with seasonal Scottish dishes and a focus on local sourcing.

The Head Chef will lead the brigade, write seasonal menus, manage ordering, stock and rotas, and work to food cost and labour budgets. 45 hours per week, shifts 8am–6pm.
