Job Title : ICT Customer Support

Salary : 60-65K AUD

Tasks and Responsibilities

- determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
- adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
- installing and downloading appropriate software
- ensuring effective use of applications and equipment
- designing and maintaining websites
- repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
- may work in a call centre

Requirements

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
- At least three years of relevant experienceand/or relevant vendor certification
- Experience in telephone-based IT Support/operations
- Strong communication and customer service skill
- Relevant Industry certifications would be highly regarded
- Ability to resolve issues as they arise and provide effective solutions
