We're a well-established local food wholesaler supplying restaurants, cafes, butchers and bakers across the region. We're looking for a motivated, food-loving person to join our friendly, successful team and help us keep growing.
What you'll be doing n
Packing customer orders accurately and on time
n
Turning orders received by phone, text and email into invoices using our iPad invoicing software
n
Delivering orders to customers and being the friendly face of our business
n
Building solid relationships with our existing customers and growing their sales
n
Finding and signing up new customers
n
Managing customer pricing
What you'll bring n
Knowledge of food and food preparation, ideally through working with or alongside chefs, butchers or bakers
n
A genuine passion for food and excellent communication skills
n
A clean manual driver's licence (an MR licence is an advantage, or you'll need to obtain one within your first month of employment )
n
Physical fitness, as the role involves plenty of lifting and carrying
