nWe re on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to join their team at an exciting time of growth. This is a rare chance to get in early with a well-known brand as they expand across South East Queensland.n
nYou ll be helping manage a large team of 40+ and supporting the overall day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue. This role is all about growing teams, building business momentum, and getting ready to take on bigger leadership roles as the group continues to expand.n
nThe restaurant trades 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, driven by strong local demand and a loyal customer base, so you ll be joining a venue that s already thriving.n

Who we re looking for n

- 2+ years experience as an Assistant Manager or senior shift supervisor in a busy casual dining or QSR environment
n
- A leader who s passionate about building great teams and delivering standout customer experiences
n
- Someone excited to be part of a brand s growth journey and take on bigger leadership opportunities
n
- Confident handling P&L;, budgets, and the day-to-day challenges of a busy restaurant
n
- Calm, solutions-focused, and proactive under pressure
