PT/FT Veterinary Nurse – Greencross Vets Mortdale

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Certificate IV Veterinary Nurse or equivalent to join our growing team at Greencross Vets Mortdale.

n

Our clinic is a 100% small animal practice, seeing predominantly dogs and cats, along with the occasional pocket pets. With a loyal and established client base, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of medical and surgical cases, perfect for developing and refining your nursing skills.

Our clinic is well-equipped with:

- Digital X-ray and dental X-ray
n
- Ultrasound
n
- iM3 Elite dental suite
n
- Laser therapy machine
n
- Full in-house lab (CBC, electrolytes, biochemistry)
n
- Multi-parameter and blood pressure monitoring
n
- Separate dog, cat, and isolation wards
n
- Fully equipped surgical suite
n

About the Role

- Part-time or full-time position with a rotating roster
n
- Shared weekend roster, distributed fairly across the team
n
- Hands-on exposure to both medical and surgical nursing
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is:

n

n
- A motivated and passionate vet nurse
n
- Certificate IV qualified (or equivalent)
n
- Ideally, with 2+ years of experience (however, all applications will be considered)
n
- Confident in both surgical and medical nursing
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Able to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
- A team player who is reliable and accountable
n
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships
n
- Proactive in supporting clinic goals and initiatives
n
- Rx Works experience is desired, but not required
n
