Accor's Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B; team across restaurants, bar and events spaces, delivering warm, skilled service and unforgettable guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor colleagues, maintain hygiene standards and manage dietary needs, with a current RSA certificate and strong communication. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and late nights is essential.
