The Baked Group in Portsea seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our busy retail bakery and café. You will oversee daily operations, front-of-house leadership, staffing, rosters, stock ordering and service standards to keep customers coming back for outstanding food and friendly service.

You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and owners, ensuring hands-on leadership, strong customer focus and a seamless, high-quality guest experience across all shifts.
