Anaconda is seeking a Team Leader to guide our store team and ensure every customer leaves with an outstanding experience. You will support and lead the team in all areas of the business, coaching staff to succeed and driving service, sales and merchandising to achieve targets.
Lead from the front, manage stock and department product flow, and push for budgeted results while maintaining a high level of customer care. Full time availability across late nights and weekends is required.
