Aquaworks is a well-established, family-owned Australian spring water manufacturer with over 25 years of experience in the FMCG industry. This is a hands-on administrative role supporting the day-to-day coordination of logistics, transport, inventory and distribution operations at our Doveton facility.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, process and manage import and export shipping documentation
- Prepare transport documentation, including consignment notes, delivery paperwork and pallet labels
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control and reporting
- Coordinate transport bookings and distribution centre (DC) delivery time slots
- Create and manage pallet dockets and transactions using myCHEP
- Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, customers and internal departments
- Assist with logistics planning and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing and record management
About you
- Previous experience in logistics and shipping administration is essential
- Proven experience in logistics, transport or supply chain administration,
preferably within FMCG
- Experience preparing shipping and transport documentation
- Knowledge of pallet control systems, preferably myCHEP
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team
