Minor Hotels' AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort and AVANI WELL are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. You will support the highest standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.

This role offers shifts across breakfast, lunch and dinner with potential part-time or full time options. A Certificate III in Cookery and hotel/restaurant experience are essential, along with strong teamwork and communication.
