What you will be doing

- ADL Assessments
- OT Functional Assessments
- Ongoing therapy provisions
- Develop personalised rehabilitation plans
- Utilise your problem-solving skills, clinical experience, creative thinking, and knowledge of biopsychosocial barriers and motivators to support positive progress for individuals.
- Monitor efficacy of program activities and supports pre-and post-service.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current professional membership with AHPRA
- A current Driver’s Licence
- Strong report writing abilities
- Quarterly mentoring and career growth check-ins
