FocusOne Health is seeking a Peer Support Worker for the FocusOne Reach service in Berri, South Australia. The role emphasizes person-centred support for people with complex mental health needs and leverages your lived experience to foster connection, hope and purpose.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to shaping a new service, ensuring recovery-oriented, culturally secure and person-led care from the outset. Flexible terms including up to 1.0 FTE are available.
